The nurse leader I worked with was a good communicator and made sure that we were always conversant with our roles whilst on duty at all times. Since the patient is the main reason behind the existence of medical care, it is important that the nurse leader facilitates easy access of medical care at all times by the patients. The types of leadership/management experiences or events that I observed from the nurse leader include her desire to lead our team and come up with strategies for attaining the team’s visions.
